Originally built in 1912, we have the great honor of exploring plans to restore this architectural masterpiece into an iconic destination, honoring history with design storytelling.

Proposed plans include a state-of-the-art hotel, culinary wonder, speakeasy imagination, entertainment, and more that will capture and celebrate the rich Kentucky culture with modern creative flair. The owners behind this landmark are dedicated to sparking community imagination with an emphasis on supporting the local economy and revitalizing downtown Louisville.
